Our luxury villas are defined by their scale and absolute independence. They are completely private, detached villas with their own entrance and grounds.

At 215m², the villa offers an expansive sense of freedom and seclusion that is a rare luxury on the island.

Open-Plan Living: The interior features a grand, open-plan social space where the modern designer kitchen flows seamlessly into the main living area. This airy, high-ceilinged layout is perfect for gathering or simply enjoying the view from the comfort of the sofa.

Bedrooms & Wellness:
Three Master Suites: The villa offers three spacious bedrooms. One suite features a traditional Cycladic loft inside, providing unique architectural character and additional space within the room.
The two bedrooms located on the upper floor offer a premier experience; each opens directly onto its own private heated Jacuzzi, allowing you to soak in total privacy while overlooking the volcano and the Caldera.

The Bathrooms:
Total convenience for your group with three full bathrooms plus an additional guest WC.

The Wellness Suite:
For your exclusive use, a private internal Turkish Hammam (steam room) is located entirely within your walls for a dedicated spa experience.

The Great Outdoors:
The living area opens directly onto the infinity pool area and an entirely private outdoor space with unobstructed view of the Caldera.

Personal Welcome: Upon your arrival, a member of our team will meet you at the villa to welcome you, handle your check-in, and provide a full orientation of the property and its features (Hammam and amenities).

Private Parking:
Enjoy a stress-free arrival with dedicated, private on-site parking (for 3 - 4 cars) located directly at the villa’s doorstep—a rare luxury on the island.

Independent Entrance:
Your stay is entirely autonomous, with a private entrance and no shared spaces.

Other things to note
The Santorini Breeze & Pool:
To maximize the panoramic views, our infinity pool is positioned outdoors. Please note that while we maintain a high-end heating system, the water temperature is naturally influenced by the weather. On cooler or unusually windy days, the temperature may fluctuate.

The Peace of the Outskirts:
Located on the tranquil outskirts of Akrotiri, Arota offers a level of quiet rarely found elsewhere on the island. While we are a short drive from the historic village center, the Red and White beaches, and the main archaeological site of the island, we recommend a rental car or our private transfer service to fully enjoy the island’s beauty from your quiet harbor. We would be happy to assist with your transportation needs, including coordinating airport/port transfers, taxis, or car rentals, so you can navigate the island with ease.
